Signings of Frank Mason III and Cameron Reynolds

The Milwaukee Bucks next moved to fill the two spots on their roster which were two-way eligible. With that, they signed point guard Frank Mason III and guard/forward Cameron Reynolds.

Both players are young and have shown flashes of skills that could make them valuable players in the NBA.

Frank Mason III has improved his three-point shooting in his two seasons in the league, and is a decent facilitator on the ball. If he continues to expand on his strengths, he could be useful as the third point guard on the depth chart behind Eric Bledsoe and George Hill.

Cameron Reynolds has shown some flashes of becoming a potential three-and-D wing. Like Mason III, if he can continue to improve on his strengths, he could factor into an NBA rotation someday in the no-so-distant future.

Neither player is likely to move the needle much, but they do provide the Bucks with some upside if they hit on their contracts. That’s really all you can ask for on a two-way contract, especially in a summer when the Bucks were unable to add potential through the draft.
