Rayjon Tucker

After reportedly searching for a two-way deal this summer to no avail, Rayjon Tucker stood as the Bucks’ last addition to their 20-man training camp roster back in mid-August.

Tucker was one of a few standouts from the Bucks’ Summer League stay in Las Vegas and he displayed his high-flying, efficient scoring by averaging 10.2 points on a .429/.412/.560 slash line, 3.6 rebounds and 1 assist over his five appearances in Sin City.

That came off a strong junior campaign that the Charlotte native crafted in his lone year at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he posted 20.3 points on .491/.411/.777 shooting splits, 6.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists with the Trojans. Unfortunately, Tucker’s college production and expanded role didn’t help him on draft night as he went undrafted.

Now the Bucks will be hoping they have found a diamond in the rough with Tucker. With that said, the 22-year-old will be bound for the Fox Valley for his rookie season and seasoning his game as a key player for the Herd could be just the thing needed to brighten his NBA prospects.
