Bender on his expectations for his time with the Bucks:
"“I’m just looking forward to playing with the group of guys that we have. Definitely going to be a fun year to be around. Just looking at last year at the guys that were playing a couple of times against us, you could see with the system they had and everything that was going on on the court, they have a lot of fun playing together.”"
Bender on the Bucks representing a good match for him at this current spot in his development:
"“It’s definitely a good match. If going towards free agency I could have picked a team, it would have been this one. From the first day I got here, it’s definitely been a comfortable system for me. You know, all these guys made it easy for me, but it’s just easy to play with these guys. You have to be able to shoot the ball in the system they have, but as long as you know your spots on the court, and know the system they’re playing, you’re going to do fine.”"
