81.8 percent

Wednesday night at Staples Center was certainly the pièce de résistance, but George Hill‘s shooting has been exemplary throughout the Bucks’ season so far, and has only improved further during this burst.

Hill is averaging 11.4 points per game on 58.6 percent from the field, and 60 percent from deep for Milwaukee’s eight games to date, yet those numbers are further inflated by what’s been a remarkably positive week for the veteran.

In the Bucks’ win streak, Hill has averaged 11.8 points on 60.7 percent from the field, but it has been his three-point percentage that has really soared.

With Wednesday’s 6-of-7 showing from deep against the Clippers added to the mix, Hill is now 9-of-11 from deep (81.8 percent) in the past week.

That sample may be small, but that’s still an absurd rate of efficiency for the veteran guard, whose importance to the Bucks only seems to increase more and more with every passing game.
