Milwaukee Bucks: Takeaways from 116-103 win over Charlotte Hornets

Bienvenue à la Bledshow
It took Giannis Antetokounmpo and many of his Bucks teammates quite some time to find their footing on Friday in Paris, and it was largely due to the excellent, aggressive play of Eric Bledsoe that Milwaukee was able to navigate through that spell.
Considering the Bucks were a long way off their best for the best part of three quarters, it was essential that they simply found a way to cling to Charlotte’s coattails for large spells.
Bledsoe delivered just that, seemingly getting to the rim at will, and looking particularly sharp and well-rested as he constantly burned opposing defenders with his pace.
A 1-of-4 showing from deep hurt Bledsoe’s efficiency overall on the night, but with stellar scoring inside (6-of-11), and reliable work at the free throw line (5-of-6), the 30-year-old point guard worked his way up to a particularly welcome 20-point tally.
Bledsoe’s contributions didn’t finish with his scoring either, as he also facilitated the offense with five assists, while also adding in three rebounds, two steals and two blocks.
Given all of the noise surrounding Bledsoe in the past few days, this was a very encouraging showing.
