Last but certainly not least, Bucks All-Star swingman Khris Middleton provided the team a balanced scoring punch Sunday afternoon.
Middleton ended up having 25 points on 15 shots (3-for-5 from downtown, 4-for-4 from the free throw line), eight rebounds, six assists, two turnovers, one block and was a +13 in nearly 33 minutes of run.
Middleton was simply in his element taking Suns defenders off the dribble, which resulted in breaking some ankles on two occasions, one of which resulted in one of his three triples for the day. Middleton’s scoring prowess also shined brightly from both the post and from mid-range where he got his shot off by shaking free from defenders routinely.

The 28-year-old was decisive with his passes to teammates, whether it was launching outlet passes to Bucks players leaking out on the break and setting up pocket passes for the likes of Antetokounmpo and others to throw down dunks and/or put down uncontested finishes.
And between himself, Antetokounmpo and Lopez, the trio scored 72 of the Bucks’ 129 points on the day.
The Bucks will travel down to the Big Easy to take on the New Orleans Pelicans for a 6:30 p.m. central time tip-off Tuesday night at the Smoothie King Center.
