Milwaukee Bucks. PAT CONNAUGHTON. B. Seeing the court for most minutes out of all Bucks reserves, Pat Connaughton provided the Bucks some much needed energy, athleticism and hustle. That was especially the case when Bucks head coach Mike Budenholzer turned to the 27-year-old to replace the struggling Ersan Ilyasova and streamlining the Bucks’ lineup. Connaughton posted six points on five shots (2-for-4 from deep), four rebounds, two assists, one turnover and was a -4 in 30 minutes and 20 seconds of time.. Wing

B+. An incredibly ineffective and sloppy first half left Bucks head coach Mike Budenholzer searching for answers and any kind of spark as the Bucks entered halftime with their largest first half deficit of the season at 23 points. The decision to roll with Connaughton over Ilyasova helped the Bucks clamp and slow the Pacers to tilt the game back in their favor a bit by the end of the third period. While Milwaukee’s never say die attitude never laxed, the breakthrough they searched for all throughout the second half never came as persistent as they remained. All in all, a sour way to go into the All-Star break for Budenholzer and his Bucks.. Head Coach. Milwaukee Bucks. MIKE BUDENHOLZER
