Ragu heating up

It was Donte DiVincenzo who stole the headlines on Wednesday night from a Bucks’ perspective, as he raised the bar even higher for his own career high mark in scoring.

DiVincenzo’s career-high has been gradually inching its way upward over the course of the year and, on this evidence, it won’t be too long before he reaches a new milestone.

Against the Pacers, DiVincenzo was aggressive in looking for his shot, whether that was from behind the arc, at the rim, or even in the midrange. Donte’s willingness to drive also led to frequent trips to the free throw line, something which he then took full advantage of in adding to his points total.

In all, that helped DiVincenzo to a final tally of 19 points on 5-of-10 shooting, 3-of-6 from deep, and 6-of-6 from the line. With seven rebounds, three assists, and three steals added for good measure, DiVincenzo further cemented his increasing importance in the Bucks’ rotation.
