Milwaukee Bucks: 3 things to watch for in Sunday visit to Phoenix Suns
When we last met
We have to go back to February 2 to when the Bucks demolished the Phoenix Suns in a 129-108 victory on that Sunday matinee at Fiserv Forum.
Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo reigned supreme that day by nearly collecting a triple-double with 30 points, 19 rebounds and nine assists, doing so while fighting some early struggles, as well as issues from 3-point range.
Veteran big man Brook Lopez put in an all-time performance on the defensive end by smothering the Suns and accumulating a career-high eight blocks on the day that matched up nicely with his 17 points on the other end.
And rounding it all out was All-Star swingman Khris Middleton, who enjoyed an incredibly efficient outing between his 25 points on 9-of-15 shooting from the field (3-for-5 from deep), eight rebounds, and six assists.
The Suns were far from full strength that day with the absences of veterans like Aron Baynes and Ricky Rubio and that certainly has lessened over the last month, unfortunately for them.
