The health of the Bucks

When asked about his own health, the health of his players, employees and the Bucks’ organization at large, Lasry relayed that all players have good health, while cautioning that we’re still in the early stages of how the virus can affect us:

"“So far, so good. I think everybody’s doing really well. I don’t think we’ve got any issues, but the thing that’s amazing about this thing is you don’t know who you’re catching it from. You could catch it from somebody, from a restaurant, from wherever you are. So we’ll all find out over the next couple of weeks what is really happening. We’re all seeing the number of cases rise. I think the more people have social distancing, maybe that slows it down? But we’ll all find out over the next couple of weeks.”"

The NBA released their initial set of policies Thursday evening of what teams are allowed to do and Lasry touched on what the next following days will be like for the team with their daily schedule being disrupted by the season being paused for the moment:

"“When you’re a professional, whether it’s basketball, baseball, no matter what, being a professional athlete, it is a matter of routine. I think all of that is going to get upended, or it already has, and we’re all going into a period of unknown. That’s where we are. And when you enter that period of unknown, what you end up doing is you try to listen to a whole bunch of different ideas of what you should be doing. I don’t think you rush into any decision right away.”"
