5 forwards for Milwaukee Bucks to target with 24th overall pick – Precious Achiuwa

To get us started off, let’s look at what Memphis forward Precious Achiuwa has to offer.

Classifying Achiuwa as a forward may be a little bit of a stretch, given that Achiuwa does very little in stretching the floor offensively. With a skill set resembling that of a modern NBA big man, Achiuwa comes armed with a high-flying game that isn’t short on energy by any measure.

With that said, the positional versatility, especially when it comes to the defensive side of the ball, makes Achiuwa an interesting chess piece in many ways. The natural athletic abilities, size and strength Achiuwa possesses has opened up the possibilities that he’s essentially a small-ball center, should his role in the NBA be idealized.

Whether the 20-year-old can build some level of perimeter skills is the big question that hangs over his development at the next level. Even so, Achiuwa is an interesting prospect all the same, though a lot will be dependent on landing in the right spot to maximize his gifts and overall potential.
