Milwaukee Bucks 2020 NBA Draft: 5 forwards to target with 24th overall pick
5 forwards for Milwaukee Bucks to target with 24th overall pick – Jaden McDaniels
It seems as though Jaden McDaniels was destined to enter the NBA for some time now.
As one of the more high-profile one-and-done recruits in this class, McDaniels brought a level of intrigue to the University of Washington last season, along with fellow five-star recruit Isaiah Stewart. But McDaniels endured through some tough sledding over the course of his freshman campaign.
That has informed his draft standing where he’s generally been projected as a late first round pick, compared to being a potential lottery selection many pegged him being this time last year, along with the mixed productivity he accumulated with the Huskies.
Despite all of that, the allure of McDaniels’ size, scoring ability and physical tools will lead to a team taking the plunge on his raw potential in hopes of molding him into a valuable contributor at the next level. Even when questions surrounding his physical frame are as essential to ironing out his raw skill set.
