Giannis Antetokounmpo’s mental game has been a rising trend for the Milwaukee Bucks.

The biggest thing that showed throughout the Bucks’ four-game winning streak was Giannis Antetokounmpo showing out in various ways and jelling within the team’s revamped offensive system.

For a player of his caliber, especially after having won the last two MVP awards, it was a given Antetokounmpo was eventually going to find his form after an erratic start to the season. And with success, both individually and for the team, Antetokounmpo’s attitude has been both infectious and steely as ever.

There have been recent instances where both Antetokounmpo and Budenholzer have been passionately discussing X’s and O’s while trying to light a spark in the team overall. In games well in hand, Antetokounmpo has been having fun with taking pictures of his teammates and signing shoes to give out to limited fans recently in Cleveland.

After an offseason with so much pressure on his and the Bucks’ shoulders, it certainly took time for Antetokounmpo to regain that joyful charm that is felt during games and when talking with reporters.

Don’t get me wrong, Antetokounmpo’s determination is still as strong as ever and winning more consistently like the Bucks have will bring out these kind of things on the court. The fact that he’s been pairing that while being able to break down the many walls that come his way as well as cutting down on his high rate of offensive fouls has made for a different twist we’ve come to expect from the Greek superstar.

Yet it’s still the same Antetokounmpo we all tune into watch each and every night.

We’ll be back next week to see how the Bucks’ road trip finishes out and explore the trends that will certainly come with each passing game.
