The Milwaukee Bucks‘ 2021 playoff run kicked off with quite the bang over the weekend.
Milwaukee snatched a 109-107 overtime victory in Game 1 of their first round series against the Miami Heat, all of which was due to the 19-foot fadeaway shot that Khris Middleton buried to put the Bucks on top after a hard-fought series opener.

It wasn’t the first example of a memorable game winner that has occurred throughout past Bucks playoff runs and those clutch shots still stand the test of time as we’re about to dive into and explore.
So without further ado, let’s examine some of the most memorable game-winning shots throughout the Milwaukee Bucks’ playoff history.
Khris Middleton’s game-winner in Milwaukee Bucks’ Game 1 of 2021 first round series vs. Miami Heat
There will certainly be plenty of recency bias in the wake of Khris Middleton hitting the decisive game winner against the Heat to kick off their playoff run this year. Who truly knows what’s all in store for Middleton and the Bucks, especially as they have only started an intense playoff rematch against the Heat.
Once again, though, the calm and composure Middleton regularly plays with showed itself in burying a difficult fadeaway shot over the outstretched arms of Duncan Robinson to vault the Bucks over the Heat with time ticking down with 0.5 seconds remaining in overtime.
Middleton has certainly had a knack of hitting clutch shot and his game-winning shot in Game 1 against the Heat could prove to be his greatest feat yet. After all, Middleton’s latest game winner comes more than eight months ago where he came up clutch to bury the game-sealing jumper that helped the Bucks earn their lone win over the Heat in last year’s Eastern Conference Semifinals series.
Whether Middleton can continue conjuring up more late game magic during this year’s playoff run remains to be seen, but he started it off with quite the moment nonetheless.
