Who will step up in place of Donte DiVincenzo for the Milwaukee Bucks going into Game 4?

The Bucks were dealt quite the blow when it was reported and subsequently announced by the team itself that they will be without Donte DiVincenzo for the remainder of their playoff run. It was revealed that after leaving midway through Game 3 that DiVincenzo suffered a torn ligament in his left foot following an MRI.

It’s a big blow for the Bucks and their backcourt, especially as they start to look forward to what awaits them in their playoff run. And it surely dulled the joys of being one game away from sweeping the Heat in their playoff rematch.

In true Mike Budenholzer fashion, the Bucks head coach played it coy to which direction he and the coaching staff are leaning towards to fill the void left by DiVincenzo upon meeting with the media Friday afternoon.

Despite the secrecy, Budenholzer did turn to Bryn Forbes filling in for DiVincenzo at the start of the second half and has made that same move on the occasional nights where DiVincenzo has been sidelined throughout the regular season.

Ultimately, though, Budenholzer’s cards will surely be revealed and we’ll have a better indication of how the Bucks’ rotation will look and play like after losing an integral rotation member.
