DiVincenzo’s improvement as a 3-point shooter was the most notable improvement in his game from his first two seasons to last year. After knocking down an ugly 31.8 percent of his triples on 3.5 attempts per game during his first two years, he bumped that all the way up to 37.9 percent on 5.2 attempts during 2020-21. While that was a welcoming improvement, there is still work to be done for DiVincenzo next season.

The Bucks are a team that loves to let it fly from 3-point range, and they will continue encouraging DiVincenzo and others to shoot the basketball with confidence. Understanding this, DiVincenzo is well aware that his outside shot will be a massive part of his success.
