The Milwaukee Bucks have made some changes to their roster this season, and more could be on the horizon soon.

A significant portion of NBA players will become eligible to be traded after December 15, and there are already rumors buzzing around the association. Although the Bucks have not yet been directly mentioned in any of the latest rumors, it would be naive to think that they are not doing their due diligence around the league. General manager Jon Horst has shown over the years that he will be active on the market if it means improving this team, and he could already be working the phones. Only time will tell, but here are three soon-to-be eligible trade targets that would make sense for the Bucks to make a run at after December 15.

The Milwaukee Bucks could trade for Mike Muscala after December 15

Aside from their season-opener, the Bucks have had a gaping hole at the center position this year. Of course, starting center Brook Lopez has missed all but one game with back soreness, and he is slated to be out for an extended period of time after undergoing a back procedure. Bobby Portis is doing a great job filling in as the starter and DeMarcus Cousins is passable as the backup, but they could bolster the position by targeting Mike Muscala.

Muscala is having a solid season with the OKC Thunder as he is currently averaging 8.1 points and 3.1 rebounds in 14 minutes per game. The veteran has been an exceptional outside shooter in the early going this season as he is hitting a career-high 44 percent of his 3-pointers on 3.8 attempts per game. That outside shooter would make him a seamless fit with the Bucks, especially as they could use another body at the center position.

Once Muscala becomes eligible to be traded, he would almost certainly be available. The Thunder have shown that they are willing to trade away practically any player for draft capital over the last few seasons, especially veterans like Muscala. On the books for $3.5 million this year, he would be an affordable target for a Milwaukee team that is in a bind financially when trying to make a deal. Adding Muscala would not be a game-changer for the champs, but he would be a solid addition to the center position that can score, shoot, and rebound the basketball.
