The 2022 NBA Trade Deadline is now officially less than one week away, and it will be fascinating to see what the Milwaukee Bucks have in store.

The obvious approach for the defending champions would be to add another center to fortify their depth, which is on their rumored to-do list. According to Bleacher Report’s Jake Fischer, the Bucks have called about veteran center Daniel Theis and have also been linked to Jalen Smith recently. Addressing their need for a center is the most logical move for the champs, but Fischer also added that they called the Cleveland Cavaliers about Cedi Osman recently. Given the handful of wings the Bucks already have on their roster, this rumored interest in Osman is rather interesting.

If the Bucks are genuinely interested in making a run at Osman, here is what a proposed package may look like between these two Central Division rivals.

A proposed trade to help the Milwaukee Bucks land rumored target Cedi Osman

To acquire what remains of Osman’s $8.1 million salary for this season, the Bucks could send out a package that includes Donte DiVincenzo ($4.7 million), Rodney Hood ($2.2 million), and Semi Ojeleye ($1.8 million) to match. It is questionable if either team would accept such a proposal, but it would be interesting for both parties.

With that said, let us take a closer look at this package with the logic, the lunacy, and the verdict as to whether or not the Bucks or Cavaliers should consider doing it before February 10.
