Milwaukee Bucks: 2022-23 season record prediction
By Jacob Nett
Milwaukee Bucks 2022-23 record prediction: February
The Milwaukee Bucks play ten games in the month of February, six of them are nationally televised, four on TNT, one on ESPN, one on ABC. Starting the month out strong facing off against the Los Angeles Clippers at home, Heat come to town on the 4th. Then a short three game game road trip, where they will see the Trailblazers, Lakers, and Clippers. Following that trip to the West Coast the Bucks return home to play the Celtics, and play their final game before the All-Star break at Chicago.
Coming out of the break they face the Heat and Suns, finishing off the month at Brooklyn. I predict the Bucks finish February 7-3.
Milwaukee Bucks 2022-23 record prediction: March
March might be the best month of basketball, obviously the NCAA has conference tournaments and March Madness, on the professional side you have all the top teams jockeying for playoff seeding and looking at potential matchups.
The Milwaukee Bucks start the month out with two home games, first against Orlando, then a potentially huge matchup with the 76ers on TNT.
Then back to back on the road first Washington then again seeing the Orlando Magic, The next two are the two biggest games in the month and potentially season in my opinion.
Facing heavy-weights right before the playoffs, first at home vs the Brooklyn Nets, then on the road vs the warriors. This matchup is a potential Finals matchup that would be an absolute classic! The next big matchup would be March 30th against the Boston Celtics, another potential playoff matchup against last year’s champs of the east, great time for Milwaukee to make a STATEMENT! I predict the Bucks to be hitting on all cylinders by this time of the year and look like a team on a mission for their 2nd title in three years, 12-4 record in the month of march.
Milwaukee Bucks 2022-23 record prediction: April
April only has five games, but they could have playoff implications. The Bucks play Philly, Washington, Chicago, Memphis, and Toronto. To me it looks like four playoff teams and one play in team, so all high energy which will be a good thing to get the Bucks ready for the postseason.
I’m predicting a record of 4-1 in the month of April.
Adding up the entire season, I predict the Milwaukee Bucks will win 55 games in 2022-23, certainly a reasonable and attainable win tally.
As evidenced by my record prediction of 55-27, I’m high on the potential of this team. I think this record will earn them a 3 seed and home court advantage for at least the first round! A lot of this will depend on the health of Khris Middleton who is coming back from off season wrist surgery. I trust them to be playing tough defense and hitting big time threes by the end of the season as Milwaukee is primed to contend again.
