As many expected them to, the Milwaukee Bucks swung a trade for Jae Crowder before the buzzer rang on Thursday.

In a three-team deal with the Brooklyn Nets and Indiana Pacers, the Bucks sent out a big handful of second rounders and three players. In the process, Milwaukee also opened up two roster spots that can now be utilized on the buyout market. There are rumored to be some interesting names looking for new homes soon, and here are three the Bucks should look into.

With George Hill being dealt to the Pacers in the Crowder deal, the Bucks could use another point guard. One possible option could be Reggie Jackson, who was traded from the LA Clippers to the Charlotte Hornets. The Athletic’s Shams Charania reported shortly after the trade that Jackson and the Hornets will likely agree to a buyout. Jackson is said to prioritize landing with a contender for his next stop, and the Bucks could present a solid opportunity.

The Bucks would benefit from adding another capable ball-handler and scorer off the bench, and Jackson fits both. Over the past three and a half seasons with the Clippers, Jackson averaged 12.8 points and 3.8 assists while shooting 36.4 from 3-point range. Numbers like that could surely give the Bucks a boost offensively off the bench, in addition to another guard who can alleviate some of the constant ball-handling duties from Milwaukee’s stars.

The two primary concerns with Jackson are his defense and his efficiency. At 6-foot-2, he is on the smaller side for guards and has never been known for making waves defensively. Jackson has also never been an extremely efficient shooter, having shot 42.3 percent from the floor for his career. However, despite both of those issues, adding the veteran would be a low-risk move. He’d provide some quality insurance at the point guard position and a player who can generate some offense.
