The NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament is officially underway. Of the 16 Milwaukee Bucks players on their current roster, 11 played in the NCAA Tourney during their college days.

If you are looking for a great trivia question that might elicit some interesting debate, try this one: Of the 16 players on the current Bucks roster, which three players scored the most career points in their college days in the NCAA Tourney?

Before we get to the answer, it’s worth noting that five of the 16 Bucks players on the current roster never played in the NCAA Tourney. The five are Giannis Antetokounmpo, Thanasis Antetokounmpo, MarJon Beauchamp, A.J. Green and Joe Ingles. Of these five, only Green played collegiately; he played at Northern Iowa. His team never made it to the Big Dance, however, Green did play two games in the NIT, scoring 37 points. Beauchamp played at Yakima Valley Community College and in the G-League before being drafted by the Bucks.
