In those two games, Giannis, Khris Middleton, and Malcolm Brogdon each had 20+ points in both games. Eric Bledsoe was the fourth starter with 20 points in the November 24th contest; Brook Lopez was the fourth starter with 20 points in the November 11 game.

There have been three NBA playoff games where all five starters scored 20 or more points. Phoenix did it against the Lakers on May 23, 1984; the Celtics did it against the Bucks on May 15, 1986; and the Celtics did it against the Lakers on June 11, 1987.
