8: Nike Zoom G.T. Cut, Jrue Holiday
The Nike Air Zoom G.T. Cut took the NBA by storm last season. Players everywhere had to get their hands on a pair of these, and they quickly started popping up in every game. Despite the release of the G.T. Cut 2, the first iteration is still one of the most popular shoes in the league today. Holiday has primarily worn the 2s this season, but he’s occasionally mixed it up with the beloved 1s, such as this intriguing orange, green, and pink player-exclusive pair.
Holiday wore this particular pair, which won’t be the last time this model is on this list, during an incredibly exciting comeback win over the Dallas Mavericks on December 9. The eventual All-Star had a great all-around game by tallying 17 points, seven rebounds, and six assists. Holiday drew plenty of eyes from the Dallas crowd with these vibrant shoes on his feet. Due to these different colors, they shouldn’t go together as well as they do, but they work very well in this instance.
This is Holiday’s first nod on the list, but don’t worry, it will certainly not be his last.
