Jaylen Brown, Boston Celtics

Jaylen Brown is another interesting option whose tenure may be coming to an end with his current team. It has been rumored that Brown is ready to part ways with the Celtics. If that is the case, the Bucks should be all over him.

Brown is a two-way wing player who has the ability to take over games. With the uncertainty of Khris Middleton’s future with the team, Brown would provide our team with wing scoring that is pivotal in today’s NBA. At just 26 years old, bringing in a talent like Brown would make perfect sense, adding a bit more youth to the older roster that General Manager Jon Horst has assembled. Brown was an All-NBA second-team selection in the 2022-23 season, averaging 26.6 points and 6.9 rebounds on 49 percent shooting from the field.

Since the Celtics have arguably been the team’s main rival over the past few seasons, a swap involving all-star players seems a little far-fetched but makes perfect sense for each team. Holiday will give Boston the true point guard they’ve been searching for, while Brown provides much-needed shot-making ability that the Bucks have struggled with, since Middleton’s knee injury in the 2022 playoff run.
