No. 10 – Drafting Chris Livingston

With the final pick of the 2023 NBA Draft, the Milwaukee Bucks selected Chris Livingston out of Kentucky. He was the second 6-foot-6, potential-filled wing that the team had landed that night; the other will be featured a tad higher on this list. For being the final pick of the draft, Livingston has some legitimate potential and is a very nice pickup for the Milwaukee Bucks.

Livingston, 19, is currently the youngest player on Milwaukee’s roster, including their two-way signings. While the team has seemingly embraced more youth over the last few months, it’s still unlikely that Livingston sees an overly prominent role this coming season. The 2023-24 season will likely be about developing the wing while giving him occasional time.

Though he might not be a nightly contributor this coming season, the potential is there for him to become a key piece down the line. As mentioned, Livingston is 6-foot-6, and he’s got a sturdy 220 lb frame that could help him stick with bigger wings defensively. In today’s NBA, teams can never have too many wing defenders, so the Bucks would benefit from Livingston filling those shoes.

As the 58th overall pick, it’s hard to dislike the addition of Livingston to this roster.
