Plenty of former Milwaukee Bucks either relocated or are still looking for their next opportunities on the basketball court this offseason.
It's always interesting to see where former players end up, so let's break down where some former Bucks from the past few seasons currently are.
The Bucks who are still unsigned
Wesley Matthews
Nearing 38 years old, it's not overly surprising that veteran wing Wesley Matthews remains unsigned, especially after a quiet year with the Atlanta Hawks in 2023-24. Unless someone wants a veteran in a mentor role, the odds of him getting picked up before the season seem slim.
Jae Crowder
After failing to make an impact in the NBA Playoffs with the Milwaukee Bucks in consecutive seasons, Jae Crowder's stock is incredibly low. Still, due to his reputation as a strong 3-and-D veteran, a team in need of forward depth could take a flyer on the 34-year-old.
Danilo Gallinari
A late season addition this past season, Danilo Gallinari didn't do much for Milwaukee during his brief tenure. He took a step back after missing all of 2022-23 with an ACL tear. Nearing his 36th birthday, there are questions about how much he has left to give, likely explaining why he's unsigned.
Thanasis Antetokounmpo
If Thanasis Antetokounmpo had not suffered a brutal Achilles injury this summer, he'd likely already have signed the dotted line on a deal to re-up with the Bucks. Instead, he will likely spend the next few months rehabbing. It wouldn't be surprising if he joined Milwaukee down the line.
