The Philadelphia 76ers and Milwaukee Bucks face off in what could be a first-round matchup in the Eastern Conference playoffs on Thursday night.

Milwaukee is heavily favored at home in this one with Joel Embiid out, but I’m looking to the prop market for this matchup for my two favorite bets.

One is on Milwaukee guard Damian Lillard, who is coming off a brutal 10-point game against the Sacramento Kings – a 35-point loss for the Bucks.

Can Dame turn things around tonight?

Let’s break down the odds and my favorite props on Thursday:

Sixers vs. Bucks best NBA prop bets today

  • Damian Lillard OVER 3.5 3-pointers made
  • Kelly Oubre Jr. OVER 16.5 points

Damian Lillard OVER 3.5 3-pointers made

Prior to his 2-for-12 (1-for-6 from 3) clunker against the Kings, Lillard had been on fire from beyond the arc, hitting four or more shots from beyond the arc in four straight games.

Dame is taking a ton of 3-pointers as of late, averaging 4.0 made shots from 3 on 10.0 attempts per game since the start of March.

Philly does defend the 3-ball well (allowing just 11.8 made 3s per game), but Dame is one of the few players that is matchup proof in a market like this. Not only is he going to shoot the ball from well beyond the arc compared to most players, but Lillard also is going to get his shots off regardless of the matchup.

At plus money, he’s worth a shot to go OVER this number.

Kelly Oubre Jr. OVER 15.5 points

With Tobias Harris struggling as of late, I think Kelly Oubre Jr. is being undervalued in this matchup – even with Tyrese Maxey back in the lineup for the Sixers.

Oubre has scored 18 or more points in six straight games, averaging 22.2 points on 18.3 shots per game over that stretch.

The Sixers wing is out there to score the ball, and he’s taken at least 15 shots in each of his last six games.

While Milwaukee’s defense has improved as of late, someone has to score for Philly and Maxey should see the majority of the defensive attention. I love Oubre to score 16 or more points tonight.
