Best NBA prop bets today for Knicks vs. Bucks (Expect big game for Giannis Antetokounmpo)
By Peter Dewey
The New York Knicks and Milwaukee Bucks are battling for playoff position in the Eastern Conference when they meet for the fifth and final time in the regular season on Sunday.
New York could still technically get the No. 2 seed after Milwaukee squandered three games as a double-digit favorite last week. Still, the Bucks have the inside track to the No. 2 spot, and a win on Sunday would make that much easier to obtain.
I don’t want to bet on a side in this game with Giannis Antetokounmpo currently questionable, but I do think he’s worth a play in the prop market if he’s able to suit up.

Let’s break down a pair of prop picks for this Eastern Conference showdown:
Knicks vs. Bucks best NBA prop bets
- Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 28.5 points
- Donte DiVincenzo OVER 3.5 3-pointers made
Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 28.5 points
This season, Antetokounmpo has given the Knicks problems, scoring 32, 28 and 35 points in his last three matchups against them.
Those numbers could go up, as this will be the first time this season that the Knicks face Milwaukee without Julius Randle in the lineup (out for season with a shoulder injury).
Even with OG Anunoby in the fold, Giannis has a massive size advantage over the Knicks’ top defenders, and he’s a tough matchup for big men Isaiah Hartenstein and Mitchell Robinson.
If he can suit up – and I’d expect him to with the No. 2 seed in jeopardy – Giannis should be in line for a big scoring game. It’s rare that we get his prop number below his season average of 30.7 points per game, so I’ll gladly take the OVER.
Donte DiVincenzo OVER 3.5 3-pointers made
I’m buying low on former Buck and current Knick Donte DiVincenzo after he shot just 2-of-7 from 3-point range in a loss to the Chicago Bulls.
Prior to that matchup, DiVincenzo had made four or more shots from 3-point range in eight of his previous nine games, averaging 5.3 made 3-point shots on 12.6 attempts per game.
That’s insane volume for the Knicks guard, and I expect him to get plenty of looks in a game that the Knicks may need to play catch up in.
Given the number (3.5), DiVincenzo is a value play based on his recent usage.
