Taurean Prince - Defensive versatility

The Bucks have been searching for their P.J. Tucker replacement for years, and Taurean Prince is the next player who will get a crack at it. If the 6-foot-6 Prince brings the versatility defensively that he is known for, it will help the Milwaukee Bucks tremendously. They need a big wing defender, and Prince, who can guard just about anyone on the basketball court, will take on that special responsibility.

Delon Wright - Defensive versatility

Like Prince, Delon Wright has earned a reputation for his defensive versatility, as he can defend his share of positions when called upon. The Milwaukee Bucks need that in the backcourt, especially in lineups alongside Damian Lillard. If Wright plays alongside Lillard and takes that pressure off of him on defense, it could elevate Lillard's play and help him return to his Portland Trail Blazer form.

Pat Connaughton - Returning to form

In 2021, Pat Connaughton was a playoff hero for the Milwaukee Bucks. However, over the past couple of years, he hasn't looked like that player, as the 3-point shot, rebounding and athleticism have faded. If Connaughton can regain his footing and start providing all of those things at a high clip once again, his importance will know no bounds. He could once again become a vital cog off the bench.
