With an 0-4 record, there have not been too many positive takeaways from the Milwaukee Bucks' 2024 Summer League stint from a team standpoint.

Strong individual performers have certainly stood out, highlighted by sophomore Chris Livingston. The 20-year-old has arguably been Milwaukee's best player in these four games, garnering plenty of attention for his strong efforts, especially after his strongest showing yet in a loss to the Suns.

Bucks' Chris Livingston is showing undeniable signs of potential

Against the Suns, Livingston led Milwaukee in scoring, putting 20 points on the board. He shot an efficient 8-of-15 from the floor, attempting just one 3-pointer. In addition to the scoring, Livingston's impact was felt all over the court, as he tallied eight rebounds, three assists and a steal.

As he's shown across these four games, Livingston has the tools to make an impact whenever he's on the court. When he's not scoring, he's attacking the glass with ferocity, battling down low to try and secure the rebound. He also has the chops to be a strong defender at 6-foot-6, 220 pounds with some impressive athleticism. It's all about getting the experience, and he's been getting good reps.

Those on Milwaukee's coaching staff should be taking note of what the soon-to-be sophomore has been doing lately, as he looks like he could be NBA-ready sooner than they expected.

The Bucks made a historic financial investment in Livingston when they drafted him, and if he can be an energy supplier at the NBA level, he could pay it off in full very soon. One more nice performance on Saturday would cement him as one of the biggest risers on Milwaukee's Summer League roster in terms of individual player stock.

Livingston was not alone in his solid performance against Phoenix, as guards TyTy Washington Jr. and Ryan Rollins also had quality games. Washington had 17 points and three assists as he finally got into a nice groove, while Rollins, another Buck who has raised his stock mightily in these four games, put up 13 points in just under 18-and-a-half minutes of action.

The Suns were just too much for the Milwaukee Bucks, as they took control of this game early on and never let up, coasting to a 115-90 victory.

The Bucks will aim to leave Las Vegas with a victory when they take on the Washington Wizards on Saturday afternoon.
