The Miami Heat and Milwaukee Bucks match up on Tuesday night in the NBA’s In-Season Tournament, but a key player won’t be on the floor in this one.

Heat star Jimmy Butler has been ruled out for this game with an ankle injury, joining Tyler Herro as key Heat players who won’t suit up tonight.

Milwaukee is in a great spot to advance in the In-Season Tournament, and it looks like Miami is waving the white flag after it lost to the New York Knicks on Friday in an In-Season Tournament game.

Bucks vs. Heat key players to watch

Milwaukee Bucks

Damian Lillard: Dame was nearly a member of the Heat this summer, but he ended up getting traded to Milwaukee. The seven-time All-Star is averaging 25.6 points per game this season. It’ll be interesting to see what kind of ovation he gets in Miami.

Miami Heat

Bam Adebayo: With Butler and Herro out, Adebayo is going to need to have a big game for the Heat. This is a tough matchup facing Giannis Antetokounmpo and Brook Lopez without having Butler or Herro to rely on offense on the outside.

Bucks vs. Heat prediction and pick

The Bucks are just 3-4 against the spread as road favorites this season, but I’m kind of shocked by this number since Butler and Herro are out.

Miami was 9-9 without Butler last season, and the team is just 1-2 in three games without him this season.

Even if Middleton sits, I think the Bucks can pull this game out with Giannis Antetokounmpo and Lillard ready to go.

I question how much Adebayo can take over against the Bucks's interior defense, especially with a lack of shot-creators healthy for the Heat.
