9 Former Milwaukee Bucks who remain unsigned in free agency
By Dalton Sell
The first wave of 2024 NBA Free Agency has concluded, as teams like the Milwaukee Bucks have patched several of their glaring roster holes.
For the remainder of the summer, players will get picked up here and there as teams aim to fill out the final few spots of their roster. As that transpires, it will be interesting to see how many former Bucks hear their names called, as there are a handful on the hunt for their next opportunity. That said, let us highlight nine former Bucks players who are still available.
Patrick Beverley
It's a tad surprising that Beverley still remains unsigned. Sure, at this stage of his career, he's not a needle-tipper for any team, but the guard could still provide quality perimeter defense, leadership and an all-around spark. Many Bucks fans likely wouldn't be upset if he came back to Milwaukee for another trip around the sun after finishing the 2023-24 season with them.
Perhaps the big hold-up in Beverley's pursuit of a new deal is the fact that he hinted on a previous episode of his podcast, The Pat Bev Pod, that he'd like a bump in pay this off-season. Judging by his current free-agent status, it appears that no one has been willing to meet his demands. He could very well end up settling for the minimum if that holds true.
