4. Quentin Grimes

The 2021 first-round draft pick looked to be breaking out in year two before falling out of favor with the Knicks one year later. Things happen quickly in the NBA, but Grimes is still young and has proven he can be an impactful role player.

The 6'5 wing was virtually untouchable in trade talks in 2023 after averaging 11.3 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.1 assists in 29.9 minutes per game. He struggled in the playoffs but looked like a building block in the Big Apple.

The 24-year-old did not get consistent minutes in the 2023-24 campaign which impacted his play. Grimes shot just 39.5 percent from the field and his counting stats were down across the board before getting traded to Detroit in February for Bojan Bogdanovic and Alec Burks. He played just six games with the Pistons before missing the remainder of the season with an injury, but there are serious questions about his future.

Quentin Grimes struggles on defense but can make significant offensive contributions. He could be an upgrade over Malik Beasley for the Bucks and his trade value should be at an all-time low. Grimes is a restricted free agent in 2025, but Milwaukee cannot afford to wait. They should try to buy low on the talented guard and hope he bounces back in the Cream City.
