Portland Trail Blazers - Moses Brown

After an excellent close to the season, Dalano Banton will almost certainly have his club option picked up by the Portland Trail Blazers this off-season. They don't have too many free agents outside of him, but the most eye-catching is Moses Brown, especially for a Bucks teams with questions at the center position heading into the off-season.

Since going undrafted in 2019, Brown has bounced around the league, unable to find a permanent place to call home. During his five NBA seasons, Brown has only seen a prominent role in one (back in 2020-21), and he averaged 8.6 points, 8.9 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in 21.4 minutes per game in that span. He's still just 24, so he's got plenty of room to keep developing.

With the Bucks needing more depth behind Brook Lopez and Bobby Portis, Brown, who stands at a towering 7-foot-2, would make for an interesting addition. He'd give the Bucks a young big man who could be used situationally while learning from two other quality big men. Again, he's still fairly young, so he could potentially grow into a long-term fit if he keeps developing.

On a cheap, short-term deal, this would be about as low-risk as it gets for the Milwaukee Bucks as they seek depth in the frontcourt.
