San Antonio Spurs - Cedi Osman

Another team, another lengthy forward. This one would make some sense, given that Jake Fischer reported back in 2022 that the Bucks were among teams to make a phone call about Cedi Osman and his trade availability back when he was with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Milwaukee's need for more wings and forwards is still prominent years later.

The 6-foot-7 Osman would give Milwaukee needed size and a backup to Khris Middleton. He's proven to be a solid piece throughout his NBA career, primarily on the offensive end, where he's averaged 9.3 points while shooting 35.7 percent from distance. Defense has never been his strongest suit, but he's got the tools to hold his own on that end.

Osman could be useful in giving Milwaukee another offensive contributor in the second unit, primarily spacing the floor with his outside shooting. His size and length could make him an interesting player the coaching staff could use to create different lineup combinations. If he could buy a bit more into the defensive side of things, Osman could be a great fit.

After playing the fewest minutes per game of his career since his rookie season, Osman will not be a top-billing free agent this off-season. If the Bucks could get him for cheap, it would be reasonable to bring him aboard.
