The Milwaukee Bucks have been busy this offseason, but they more than likely are not done just yet. Roster space is still up for grabs, especially if Milwaukee cuts ties with Andre Jackson Jr. That said, here are a few free agents, some of them already linked to the team via rumors, who could be on the table as targets.
Al Horford: A few days ago, the big man wouldn't have been on this list, but with ESPN and Andscape analyst Marc J. Spears mentioning Milwaukee has interest in Horford, he makes the cut. Nearing 40, Horford wouldn't exactly fit in with the youth movement going on with the Bucks, but he has the type of experience and versatility that could beef up this roster.
Jonathan Kuminga: It's unlikely, but Kuminga is another player linked to Milwaukee. The Athletic NBA writer Anthony Slater notes that the Bucks are among a handful of teams to express interest. Though Kuminga wouldn't be a seamless fit, largely due to his lack of shooting, he would bring athletic ability and help this team remain young, as he's still 22.
Amir Coffey: A solid small forward could go a long way in finishing off this roster, and Coffey could be that player. He's coming off one of his best seasons, averaging 9.7 points and 2.2 rebounds per game while shooting 40.9 percent from deep. There are questions about his defense, but the Bucks need a body at small forward, even if it's just for depth, and Coffey could be that.
Caleb Houstan: Sticking with Milwaukee's forward predicament, Houstan is a name many Bucks fans have circled. While he hasn't put up gaudy numbers during his three-year NBA career, the one thing he has shown a knack for is perimeter shooting. He just shot 40 percent last season. That type of marksmanship at 6-foot-8 doesn't grow on trees.
Thanasis Antetokounmpo: NBA insider Marc Stein reports that there is a legitimate chance the Milwaukee Bucks bring back Thanasis if Giannis Antetokounmpo elects to stay. On paper, he does help with their small forward hole, but only as a depth piece. As always, Thanasis would be there to serve as the ultimate locker room guy and hype man.
Chris Livingston: Could the answer to Milwaukee's small forward predicament already be in town? While they cut Livingston recently, he is still with the team for Summer League, and he's put up some quality numbers. Averaging 20 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game while knocking down 37.5 percent of his triples in three Summer League games, Livingston still has some potential.
