After an impressive win over the Atlanta Hawks in overtime on Friday night, the Milwaukee Bucks headed out on the road on Saturday knowing that all eyes would be on the manner in which they started the game.

As the Charlotte Hornets came roaring out of the blocks with a barrage of three-pointers, and Milwaukee appearing to have even greater difficulty than usual in getting out to close the perimeter, you could have been forgiven for thinking that the Bucks would be in for a long night.

Thankfully, Milwaukee got a handle on things and behind the continued stellar play of Khris Middleton, they made a game of things in a hurry.

More from Bucks News

Going through a tough stretch of their schedule, Milwaukee has now won three of their last four games. The only defeat came on the road in Washington in a game where the Bucks even found themselves within range of the Wizards in the fourth quarter.

This is about as close as the Bucks have looked to clicking as a team this season, and even as individuals, their output seems to be growing more consistent. There are still plenty of adjustments to be made, but the last week has been encouraging at least.

Let’s look at the action a little bit closer with some grades and analysis from a welcome Bucks victory.
