In week 21 of the NBA season the Milwaukee Bucks won two of their three games. One player definitely outshone the rest but there were two other players who performed well and were worth mentioning.

The Milwaukee Bucks went 2-3 this week after beating the Brooklyn Nets and the Memphis Grizzlies and losing to the Toronto Raptors. Any week where the Bucks win more games they lose is a great week. Milwaukee played hard in all three games and a lot of players who don’t always get to contribute saw some significant minutes.

This was one of the most challenging weeks to construct the player of the week rankings. There was one Bucks player who separated himself from the rest this week. He made the decision of player of the week an easy one.

It was much more difficult choosing who the other two Bucks players in the player of the week rankings should be. In fact the third place player in the rankings could have been any of five different guys. I have never had to choose between so many potential candidates for that final spot in the rankings.

All in all, having all these guys as worthy candidates for the rankings is a positive consequence of Milwaukee playing good basketball this week. Even though it makes my job a little more tougher in writing this piece, I’m happy because the Bucks were competitive in their basketball games.

Let’s get to it!
