With Michael Beasley being sidelined for the night, Teletovic was the first forward off the bench for the Bucks. It may have taken him a few minutes to get into the swing of things, but Teletovic started his night getting going from inside the arc for a change.
Then, Teletovic did what he always does: hitting threes upon threes.
Two of Teletovic’s three three-pointers came in the second quarter, helping to widen the lead on the Bulls. Teletovic would only add one more bucket in the second half, his final three, but the damage he did in the first half was frankly enough.
We’ve had enough games now where we’re familiar with who Teletovic is as a player and whether it’s his effectiveness or even his playing time, riding the Teletovic wave, so to speak, can be a very thrilling, but erratic experience on a given night. But in this instance, Teletovic came through last night by doing exactly what brought him here in a much needed win.
