The losing streak for the Milwaukee Bucks climbs to five games after yet another miserable performance to the Miami Heat last night. With that, we take a look at what stood out the most for the Bucks.

Milwaukee Bucks basketball did not regain it’s glory on Saturday as they fell to the Miami Heat on the back end of the back-to-back, losing 109-97.

The Bucks started their fifth straight loss off with a nice run to start the game opening up an 11-5 lead. Once again, the lead wouldn’t last long as they finished the first quarter down by three points.

As if it was part of the plan, Milwaukee played a poor second quarter, falling behind by double digits. Once again the bench struggled to produce, even with Jabari Parker coming off the bench fresh.

Opening up the second half down by 10 points, the team needed to play better defense to crawl back into the game. Unfortunately, it was not their night. Dion Waiters ended the night with 33 points on 12-19 from the field.

When playing a team that struggles to score points, allowing a 13 points per game player to go off for 33 points is asking for trouble.

The Bucks never made a game of it in the second half, limiting the deficit to only eight points a few times. They played both quarters near even, losing each by a point. The hole was just too deep, particularly for a team who were very clearly not at their best.

Let’s dig a little deeper into the game’s issues
