Just over a month after the teams met for the first time this season, the Milwaukee Bucks again had to endure a defeat at the hands of the Denver Nuggets.
Similarly to that previous encounter, Denver’s young Serbian star center Nikola Jokic notched a triple-double to help his team to victory, but otherwise there was very little resemblance between this and the game that finished with only four points separating both sides at the Pepsi Center.

The final score certainly flattered a Bucks team who tied their season low of 15 first quarter points and trailed by as many as 31 at one point. These two teams may have very similar records at the moment, but they look set to head in very different directions in the standings from here on in.
With an incredibly tough schedule ahead for the Bucks, including their dreaded season-long road trip out West, Jason Kidd will be forced to continue searching for answers that he didn’t find with his latest lineup changes for this game.
