Player To Watch: DeMar DeRozan
DeMar DeRozan was so good in the Raptors last game that they won without racking up many assists. DeRozan dropped 32 points on an insane 17 shots, and made all three of his three-point attempts.

When DeRozan is hot he simply becomes unguardable. He started the 2016-17 NBA season on a tear where he just couldn’t be stopped, and it’s clear that the Raptors need him to play like that again in Lowry’s absence.
The (other) impressive thing about DeRozan’s last game was he added more than just points. DeRozan also put up 13 rebounds and five assists, nearly one-third of the Raptors dimes on the evening.
Toronto could still use some more ball movement, but it’s easy to see why the ball gets stuck on DeRozan sometimes. When he gets especially dominant, it would take some sort of a meteor to stop him and the Raptors from winning.
