The Milwaukee Bucks made the latest in an increasingly long line of statements with a win over the Boston Celtics on Wednesday.
This is now bordering on the stuff of dreams for Milwaukee Bucks fans. At the very least, Wednesday’s win in a packed out Boston Garden was reminiscent of Bucks teams of a bygone era.
Milwaukee’s recent hot form was impressive enough in finding a way to propel themselves back into playoff contention, but it’s a signature victory like this one that really starts to push things over the edge.
This is a young Bucks team who is now almost a certainty to enter this year’s playoffs, and although they’ll do so without a whole lot of postseason experience, they certainly weren’t cowed by a playoff style atmosphere on the road against an Eastern Conference heavyweight.
