The Milwaukee Bucks get a chance to shine in front of the nation when they take on the Oklahoma City Thunder Tuesday night on ESPN.

After how well the Milwaukee Bucks had played recently, it seemed like they could easily handle the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday night. Sometimes even the best laid plans of Bucks and men go awry though, and the Bucks dropped that game.

Milwaukee is still the sole possessor of the fifth-best record in the Eastern Conference, but the Bucks will need to start winning if they’re to hold onto that great playoff position. The Oklahoma Thunder won’t make that easy, but the Bucks have already beaten the Thunder once this season.

Russell Westbrook is the main event any time Oklahoma City is playing, and for good reason. Westbrook is one triple-double away from tying Oscar Robertson‘s single-season record of 41.

More from Bucks News

The Bucks are one of the few teams Westbrook hasn’t recorded a triple-double against this year. He came close, posting 30 points, seven rebounds and six assists, but close doesn’t matter when chasing arbitrary statistical marks.

Giannis Antetokounmpo used to be the NBA’s triple-double darling for a brief spell late last season, but it’s been a little while since Giannis has reached that mark. Maybe, poetically, he can post one in a big Bucks victory on Tuesday night.

To see how either team could win under the bright lights of ESPN, we’ll look at major keys for both Milwaukee and Oklahoma City, followed by highlighting a member of the Thunder to watch and making some score predictions on the action.
