Win In 6 Podcast #137: Early Summer League impressions
By Adam McGee
In the latest edition of our Milwaukee Bucks’ Win In 6 Podcast, we discuss our early impressions of the Bucks’ Summer League roster.
The latest episode of our Win In 6 Podcast arrives in the middle of the NBA’s annual Summer League in Las Vegas, as we continue to get to know the Bucks’ new additions.
With a mix of the familiar and the new so far, Bucks fans have been provided equal cause for excitement for a player like third year guard Rashad Vaughn, as they have for this year’s draft picks D.J. Wilson and Sterling Brown.
Having recorded just before Milwaukee’s third game of Summer League against the Clippers, we broke down and discussed what we’ve seen from the Bucks through the first two games, and more.

Before diving into the specifics of certain players’ performances, we first debated the merits of Summer League, who exactly it’s designed to serve, and whether it’s even fun to begin with.
From there, we moved on to debating whether Rashad Vaughn’s 31-point game is just a Summer League thing or cause for genuine excitement. We also talked about how Wilson and Brown have looked, and what that means for their fit and roles longer term.
Before we finished up, as usual, we checked in with our jam-packed Twitter mailbag.
