The latest Milwaukee Bucks Daily is here as the Wisconsin Herd will hold open tryouts for a chance to play for the G League franchise.

In this latest edition of the Milwaukee Bucks Daily, we look at the Wisconsin Herd’s plans for open tryouts, the latest arena progress, and more.

Tuesday will also be a busy day for the organization, as right around the time that this article goes online, the Bucks will unveil their classic uniform for the coming season, as well as announcing the date and opponent for their one-off MECCA game.

Wisconsin Herd to host local player tryout in Oshkosh (read here): The Bucks and the Herd released details of a local, open tryout for the G League affiliate that will take place in Oshkosh on September 23. In total, the tryout will be limited to 55 participants, and with the exception of a handful of walk-on spots on the day itself, all the participants will have secured their place by registering in advance online.

Workers begin installing zinc panels that will give the new Milwaukee Bucks arena its distinctive look (read here): James B. Nelson of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports on the installation of the first zinc panels on the exterior of the new arena.
