The Milwaukee Bucks’ preseason continues with a home opener against the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night.

Milwaukee Bucks basketball is officially back, and to ring in the preseason in classic Bucks fashion Milwaukee lost a one-possession game to the Dallas Mavericks on Monday night.

The preseason has been a great showcase for fringe talent on the Bucks roster through one game, and will likely continue to be so going forward. With Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jabari Parker both out for the first game, and likely the second, there are a ton of forward minutes up for grab right now.

More from Bucks News

D.J. Wilson did pretty well in his fill-in role on Monday, and he’ll almost certainly get more chances to play against closer-to-real NBA competition against the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday. Rashad Vaughn was the other player who looked good for Milwaukee, as he posted 20 points in 20 minutes played against Dallas.

The Bucks won’t know exactly what to expect from their opponents on Wednesday, as the Pacers have yet to play a preseason game. Indiana is a vastly different team now as opposed to during last season, most obviously due to trading Paul George away for Victor Oladipo and Domantas Sabonis.

In this first look at the new-look Pacers, the Bucks should have a chance to get their first win of the preseason. To see how either team could emerge victorious, let’s go through a major key for both of them, followed by a Pacer to watch and some score predictions.
