The Milwaukee Bucks closed out their preseason with a home win over the Detroit Pistons, but how did the players grade individually?

Friday’s game was always going to be an important dress rehearsal for the Milwaukee Bucks, as Jason Kidd played with a lineup and rotation that was much closer to what would be expected of his team throughout the regular season.

On top of just getting some good reps from his best players on the court together, Kidd also would have been hoping for a confidence boosting win after the Bucks lost their three earlier games.

Thankfully for him, the players and Milwaukee’s fans, the Bucks managed to deliver with a confident and cohesive performance in beating the Detroit Pistons at the Bradley Center on Friday night.

As is to be expected from preseason, this wasn’t a perfect performance from the Bucks by any means, but unlike their three games in the week prior, Milwaukee at least looked to have clicked into gear as a team.

The Bucks moved the ball particularly well, making excellent use of the penetration that Giannis Antetokounmpo drives create to kick out and knock down open three-pointers.

The Bucks also looked engaged defensively, while the key trio of Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton and Tony Snell looked to be in midseason form on both ends.

Before all focus now shifts to the season opener on Wednesday, let’s take a look at how the players, Kidd and the Pistons graded in Friday’s game.
