With their inaugural training camp now underway, let’s take a look at who makes up the 16-man roster for the Wisconsin Herd.
Up until this point, all the landmarks for the Wisconsin Herd, the Milwaukee Bucks’ G League affiliate, have come off the court. That’s soon about to change with the start of their historic first season now less than two weeks away.

As all Bucks fans may have felt when perusing the roster, some names may either ring a bell or we’ve seen play up close, while other names may be completely unrecognizable.
But each and every player holds a common goal in either trying to get their professional career off the ground or taking the long road in trying to break through into the NBA.
However, not all players entering training camp for the Herd will ultimately make the opening day roster.
As this invaluable FAQ written by Chris Reichert of 2 Ways & 10 Days notes, G League teams can hold up to 10 players straight up (players on two-way deals and on assignment notwithstanding). In the case of the Herd, that means making some tough decisions once the quick preseason concludes next week.
So without further ado, let’s meet the players who will make up the team’s roster for training camp.
