The Milwaukee Bucks return home to face the Los Angeles Lakers after over a week on the road, and they’ll be looking to win and return to a .500 record.

Having last played at home in what was a Halloween night horror show against the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Milwaukee Bucks finally return home to the Bradley Center on Saturday.

A lot has changed in the time since that Thunder game, as having left as an above .500 team, the Bucks will take to the court against the Los Angeles Lakers hoping to win and return to early season parity in the standings.

Of course, the players taking to the floor have changed too, as with Greg Monroe now in Phoenix, Eric Bledsoe is slated to make his home debut against the Lakers on Saturday.

More from Bucks News

Bledsoe was a key component of the Bucks’ Friday night win over the Spurs, but short on match practice due to his time away from the team in Phoenix, it will be interesting how many minutes Jason Kidd chooses to give to his team’s new addition on the second night of a back-to-back.

Friday’s win in San Antonio also centered around a dramatically improved defensive effort, and all eyes will be on that end of the floor on Saturday to see if that was just a one-off resurgence or whether Milwaukee will quickly slip back into their old destructive ways.

So, will the Bucks manage to get back to .500 with a win or will a frisky young Lakers team continue to build on what has been a quietly competitive start to the season? Let’s take a closer look at the keys to victory for both teams.
